Recently booked an oil change for the late am midweek. Advised the service rep that I had another appt @ 1:00 which gave ample time to finish the change. Never happened. Received a video text from the tech at 12:18. No other text or call until I called @ 12:59 asking where my ride was. Picked my vehicle up at 1:35. Just one more reason to look and book elsewhere.
