The flowers were gorgeous, and they alone deserve a 5 star. My issue is with the delivery process. My daughter, son-in-law and grandson, who live in another province wanted to surprise me with flowers for my birthday yesterday. I was out in the afternoon for about 3 hours. Extremely disappointed with flowers that I ordered and the flowers that I received today for my family. That was in the hospital. Not only did I have to wait 24 hours due to the fact that she was out of the flowers that I wanted but when they were delivered today. I was supposed to get 4 milar balloons, and I only received 3 under deflated balloons. I purchased the second tier for the flower design. Not regular not premium.
