Ordered a gift basket from this company before Christmas and requested they send an invoice to my email address. Did not receive it, and sent 2 emails requesting it. Did not receive an answer. Waited until after the New Year, thinking they might be run off their feet, and sent another request for the invoice. No response. The funny thing is their email address starts with WeCare@. I sent an online order at 4:3am to someone who lost a family member and was going through a rough patch lately, I asked them to customize the Rose Romanesque which they did BEAUTIFULLY by the way. Absolutely recommend Red Deer Floral
On Boxing Day Friday, the ladies at Red Deer Floral saved the wedding day. A certain warehouse store, renowned for good quality, let us down big time with frozen, ruined flowers. We came to the shop around noon, saw their perfectly healthy roses, and begged for a bridal bouquet, same day. Sure! Show us a picture! Come back in 2 hours! It was perfect. Picked up by 1:30. So very grateful. Great service, reasonable price, excellent quality.
Not only was my order not as described or pictured on the website, the flowers were already browning and dying upon delivery, extremely disappointing! I like giving businesses a chance so I tried Red Deer Floral instead using one of my two usuals and now I am deeply regretting this choice. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering
Beautiful arrangement and excellent service. Very accommodating for my delivery that needed to be rescheduled. Delivery driver (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name!) was prompt, friendly, and helpful over the phone. All around lovely thank you!
