As soon as I came in I was asked to sign a consent form for AI to listen into my appointment. Thats so disgustingly unprofessional and does NOT belong in a doctor’s offices but that’s not even close the end of it. I was asked to show up 15 minutes early so I showed up half an hour early to ensure I wouldnt set the doctor back and maybe even get on my long drive home sooner. Friendly .. but definitely not worth the 11 month wait to see the dermatologist. She had a student with her and I really hope she doesn’t follow in her footsteps. I went there for hair loss and her answer was to make another appointment and go COUNT how many individual hairs I was loosing… Umm What? Was my response. Like ‘a handful’ and the effort to make this appt wasn’t enough of a sign I was absolutely desperate for help. Maybe it was the old way of finding answers but I left with none. No help. In tears.
