This is absolutely the worst union to bank with. I would never recommend anyone to red crown ever. I have spent so many weekends unable to use my own money. They deny 95% of online transactions and when you have to call to get it cleared their customer service is horrendous. Today, I have made 10+ calls to their customer service to try and get these transactions to clear, every time they tell me “your card is working, there is nothing we can do on our end, you must contact member services.” I ask them for member service numb... read more
Do Not Bank With Red Crown Credit Union! I've banked with RC for 40yrs!!! And with an excellent credit score and perfect payment history on every single account I've ever had, Iwas denied a car loan through RCCU today! The reason for the denial was that I had never had a car loan in the amount I needed! But guess what? Communication Federal Credit Union said my credit and payment history was amazing and they approved the car deal immediately. Got a car loan from the through overdrive auto. Car had blown motor and other serious problems. Dropped the junk car off at the bank 2 YEARS ago. Today I was served for that car. Served for court that was over a month ago. Good thing im on a protected income. Not paying, I have nothing. See you around
