Hi I am so disgusted in red cross hospital.. My grandson was at redcross on the 10th February 2026 he had a stomach n wasnt eating at all, whatever he ate he threw up... He was so sick but they send him home and said there is nothing wrong with him.. But when we took him too see a doctor they said he has a stomach bug. It's now 2 weeks and my grandson is still not well. We took him to see a Pedz doc this morning and she looked at him and said he must be admitted into hospital she gives a referral letter stating he needs too ... read more
If there was an option of not giving a star I wouldn't be giving any. RedX does not deserve a single star. Staff is rude with a stinking attitude. Sitting the whole night with a sick baby is not ayoba. Had to leave after midnight without being attended after we were told the Dr will only be available from 08H00 the following morning. Chairs at the waiting area are not comfortable for one to sit the whole night. Left with a stiff neck🤦They must just close the damn hospital down, it's useless. Same horrific experience with this hospital over and over and while the staff have such an ugly attitude towards patients the doctors are beyond pathetic with the service given
