This one star, if there was a lower rating I would give that... is for the nurses in High Care D1 day shift OMW! The Doctors are awesome and of the best no doubt, but the minute they out of the ward the nurses are in charge, and just lounging in their cubicle, even seen a nurse doing her hair in one of the empty rooms further down, disgusting to see that only 1 nurse is moving and checking on all the children and cleaning while the ones I assume has been around for too long is just there doing bare minimum, how do they go ho... read more
Suggestions... it being a kid's hospital...we can't emphasize on kid's needing both parents and in case of emergency only one can go in...maybe look at that policy where 2 people can go in being farther and mother. At emergency 👍 thanks for serving Capetown all these years ❤️🩹❤️
This hospital doesn’t even deserve a 1-star if anything they should close this hospital down. It’s a fraud of a place that doesn’t serve any purpose of a hospital. We went to go get our 1 year old checked out and was met with so much rudeness from the security and especially the Asian Dr, who asked my wife why did we come to this hospital as if we knew we needed a referral.
