My first time here. It was awesome! Best Sushi around and the waitress was very good. I would definitely go back!! Had the Monkey Roll, phenomenal!! Great service and great food in a pleasant atmosphere!!!!
I love the Red corner Bistro.I'm a regular there...the waitress asked me where the rest of my family was when I brought just my 2 daughters. Everyone is very friendly and it's very clean.If I was to say anything negative, it would be that you don't get all the food at the same time.I ordered an appetizer and a side of fried rice as my meal.I got the fried rice first, my kids got their meal and about 10 minutes later I got my appetizer. But it won't keep me from going back again and again!!
Have always liked this place but it is even better now! Food was delicious and attractively presented. Service was outstanding. Prices very reasonable.

Master Sushi Chef Matthew Zhang (less than 100 master Sushi Chefs in the U.S.) and his front of house wife Ivy Chen bring their 5 star dining experience to Lakewood Rd right here in Waterbury CT. This Sushi /Japanese Bustro is a foodies dream. Red Corner is right up there with Nobu Sushi NYC and Yasuda NYC inspired...enough of me talking get there!!! P.S. without the 5 star prices yet :) ....HEY NOW!!!
My daughter and I absolutely love it here. The service, the presentation, the aura ( not to mention the food lol) are all top notch. This is the only place in town to go for sushi.
