Fantastic leasing manager and office. Has practical expectations of renters and lightning fast repairs compared to other local property management companies. I am sad to no longer be a renter with them, but would recommend them to anyone in the area!
Debbie is a nice lady I bumped heads with tenants but the land lord is kind. The other tenants make you feel like you’re walking on eggshells because they love to call the cops. I even had the cops called when I wasn’t home
Very nice apartments for a very affordable price. They are also close to campus! Anyone who doesnt like these apartments or the leasing manager is probably for a reason! Careless college students who dont give a sh*t are the reason she acts the way she does. She won't put up with it so if you respect the apartment and her it will be an awesome journey!
