Love most everything about these apartments! Neighbors are respectful and management is very quick to respond/help whenever needed :)
I love living at Red Coat Manor! I had been searching for apartments for months and found this one at the last minute and it was perfect. The management is wonderful and is constantly checking in to see if everything is going well, especially when it comes to maintenance issues!
Apartments are quiet and convenient. The property management and maintenance staffs have always been very responsive and wonderful to deal with.
Great location for Radford students!
Management has been absolutely fantastic. I’ve had zero complaints as a tenant of four plus years. The street and surrounding area are both exceptionally quiet for a college town. I highly recommend contacting them for openings, especially for a young adult attempting to support themselves the best they can.
