I would do negative stars if I could. Property managers Katrina and Doug at 141/21 Agnes street Albion - avoid!!! They are beautiful apartments, but not worth it for the state of that property, topped off with these property managers. I lived there for only 8 weeks prior to my apartment being flooded with sewage. I had significant damage to my belongings which were irreparable, along with health risks for being exposed to sewage. In all my years previously working in real estate and renting myself, I have never experienced service or communication at the level Darielle and Erin provide. They have been the most professional agents that I have ever dealt with in my life by far. The way they treated and communicated with me, I felt like I wasn’t just a client/customer but rather like I was a friend/family. Kathy Laverty will bully, stalk and harass you even years after you vacate. They try to take all your bond for made up reasons (they have family owned properties on their books). Awful awful awful experience, do not rent through them.
