Kathy Laverty will bully, stalk and harass you even years after you vacate. They try to take all your bond for made up reasons (they have family owned properties on their books). Awful awful awful experience, do not rent through them.
I gave one star because there was no option for zero stars. As property managers they are utterly useless - they take your money and do little more. I recently had a leak in the wall and they called a plumber who knocked a hole in the wrong place and then had to do another bigger hole in another location. They fixed the leak but stuffed up the gyprock - didn’t line it up straight. They called a handyman out to sand and paint who made it worse.
