I gave my first review of one star based on the haircut I received from Kathy, who gave me the worst haircut and color I have ever had. You can see from the pictures. But I want to say that the owner, Mary, has done everything that she can to make things better, such as smoothing out layers and trying to fix the color. She even stayed open after her shift to help me. But after her help, I still need to go back again to finalize the fix of the color since it was done so badly the first time.
