Why did they close? My favorite place ever. Known to my family as the Little Mexican Restaurant.

Although technically in Cerritos, everyone who either lives in or grew up in Norwalk knows the Red Chile. They are closing at the end of May. Norwalk won't be the same without it. Having eaten there since they ooened, I'm sure going to miss it. It truly is the end of an era.
I've been coming here for 30+ years and there is no place that comes close to Red Chile's great food.
Alright people. I have just learned some disturbing news. Red Chile is shutting down at the end of this month. This is not by choice of the owners. We need to gather community support to convince the building owner to reconsider. This is an injustice. I have been going to Red Chile for over 20 years and I consider it one of the best places around for quality affordable Mexican food. Please like and share.
I have been eating at this restaurant for over 25 years. It has become a tradition for my family, and I am genuinely sad to hear it is closing. It is literally the best Mexican food I have ever had in my life and trust me, I am quite the Mexican food connoisseur!
