Ok, so every time we’ve been here, not the best service! Food is good, but get it together! I live down the street... wish you were better!
Our party of 5 got to red chair at 6:00 last night (a Friday night), we were told it was a 45-minute wait, no problem but 6:45 came & went, we still stuck around and we finally were sat around 7:20. Not a huge deal as I know it’s Friday & they were busy. This is when the disappointment started, we were sat & it took 25 minutes for anyone to even come around & get our food orders. Amazing food and atmosphere!
last Saturday night will be our last visit to the red chair after being good customers. new menu was a poor decision and there were only three tables with people at them, but the service was slow at best. it's too bad John isnt there any longer...he did a great job!

We really love Red Chair but miss the old menu. The kids menu is pretty minimal now and they don’t have much in the way of fruit options. It makes it hard with the kiddos not having choices, we are hoping we can get back some of the old menu items!

Tonight my family and I went to Red Chair to celebrate my husband's birthday. The hostess downstairs was really nice and we got water and menus right away. We sat for about 40 minutes waiting for even our drink order to be taken but our waitress never came by. We watched as other tables ordered food and drinks who had come in after us. We have two kiddos and it was getting late so we decided to go find somewhere else.
