If I could give a zero I would have! The absolute poorest quality houses ever made. The entire development of Country Meadows, which is also made by Doug Foley, is experiencing poor run off control with improper drainage and easement systems causing erosion around houses and drive ways. Drive ways that are cracked, cracking, or will very soon be cracked due to this erosion.
