I'm impressed with the efficiency I received at Red Carpet Title Co... The receptionist was totally across the situation even though I'm in Australia. The late arrival of documents for closing was well handled by Kyera and the funds quickly dispersed post-closing. Thank you for great teamwork and communication
Angele did an excellent job and went over the details of the service I was requesting. She spent lots of time explaining to me in detail and answered all my questions. She is awesome and I will continue to use this company in the future.
I'm in the office for the third time to collect funds from a realest sale three days ago. They're still unable to wright a check and say I need to come back at a later time. I'm in the process of calling realtors and other title companies literally doing red carpet titles job for them, which should have been completed 4 or 5 days ago. It's starting to feel like either they've lost or stolen the funds.
This is my favorite title company. The team is personable and professional. They always go the extra mile for customers and real estate agents.
