A few weeks ago, knowing that I really did like having my facials at Red Carpet (I have been going there since they opened), my husband purchased a Groupon for a facial as a gift. He is not familiar with the "fine print", I attempted to use it. Guess what, they would not take it. As it is their decision on using the Groupon. you would think that an exception would have been made for a regular costumer. Sorry, but will no longer use Red Carpet for my facials and will not recommend to friends.

Hello! For the Groupon we cannot make an exception since we want to treat all our customers fairly and equally as all our customers are valuable to us. We apologize that you cannot use the Groupon with us but you can give it as a gift to a friend who have never had a facial here. We apologizes for the inconveniences.
