Top notch in every way
Horrible service. they are in breach of contract. Will not contact me back to replace a faulty cracked window. I have called everyday of over a week. Per the contract, window and labor are covered by lifetime warranty. Will be contacting an attorney soon. Its just sad they they would prefer to ignore customer complaints and will have to pay more if I sue them than the price of replacing the window.
we had a patio installed also and it has been the same thing. Our steps are coming lose, the border is cracking and they have not returned our calls. My 8 year old actually fell down the steps due to being lose
