I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Red Carpet Inn Fort Lauderdale. What a great value! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed cocktails and dinner outside at the tiki bar area. I had a view of the beautiful pool from my room and took several dips in it. The location is great, only 10 minutes from the airport and seconds from I-95. Nice Hotel in a nice location !! Close to the beach !!
We arrived at the airport in time for the free shuttle but were told we were too late. Shortly after we arrived at the motel the free shuttle pulled in. We were then given the incorrect room by a surly clerk who only changed our room after I produced the written hotel confirmation. The waitress at the restaurant was no nicer so we walked out and ate at the Rodeway next door. Next trip we will stay at the Rodeway.
