Highly recommend Red Carpet Cleaning for carpet cleaning in Great Falls, VA. Ajay and his team did an excellent job removing heavy traffic marks and tough stains from our basement carpet. Professional, responsive, and very detailed work. The carpet looks significantly cleaner and refreshed. If you need carpet cleaning or stain removal in Northern Virginia, definitely give them a call.
The carpet cleaning service was efficient and easy to coordinate remotely. Communication was smooth throughout the process, they arrived on time as scheduled, and the carpets looked cleaner afterward. I also appreciated their flexibility and responsiveness during scheduling.
Ajay was nice. I had not received a confirmation prior to the appointment and he was running late that morning (I had to call & make sure the appointment was still on) which was the only hiccup. Although the stains on the landing were pretty bad, they looked better afterward than they did before the cleaning. He did a nice job cleaning on the top floor and the steps and making it smell fresh. I would use Red Carpet cleaning again.
