Car was and service center was great as always...but the food place not so much! We just waited 20 minutes for a grilled cheese and we ended up with a cold cheese sandwich (serioisly) with very undone bacon. Girl behind literally was talking with co workers non stop the entire time we waited and can only make one sandwich at a time. Stick to the car service part and avoid the food place!
The best place in town to get your car washed and cleaned. I've referred others because it saves time, is a good value for the price, and they do such a thorough job.
Best business in Bend to get treated like dirt. Interminable waits. Poor results. They tell you 40 minutes from start to finish. I watched car after car go through the wash as my car sat at the vaccuums. I complained and got a snotty response from the manager. What a bitch. There is a lot of room in Bend for a touch free car wash that can move you through in less than 40 minutes (caution - actual wait time exceeds one hour on a slow day!!!). The owners need to drastically improve this relic and ditch the bitch manager.
I was appalled to pay $26 last weekend to have my suburban cleaned! They didn't vacuum entire car...did such a crappy job of wiping car down I had them come back three time to fix, and still didn't get it all!! They didn't wipe down the driver side front at all, didn't wipe the back....worst job ever! They missed huge spots on the outside....Do not waste your money!! If I could give less stars I would!! Never again!!
Wow, what a great job these guys do. I always get great service and a spotless car every time I go there.
I would give more stars but for some reason they don't vacuum the trunk even when you ask them to!!!
