Went there had to wait about 5 min before someone came out to ask what I wanted. Young lady had a stank attitude because I asked if they have people to buff out scratches and I asked her to look before she said no. I also asked if they shampoo sets and was told I’d have to make an appointment. I also asked if they will clean out my cut holders and console. Was told they will try if thy can get to the area???? Have time stamps to prove everything. Went in car perfect. Was pulling out. Notice windshield cracked. Called. Turned around They do a decent jobs cleaning our cars but then to completely deny any wrong doing on windshield isn't a good look. We were told to watch cameras that didn't show anything but our car pulling in without a crack. Upsetting a company would try to replace blame on a customer. Smh. Great usually for end and out, but they very busy and vehicles were backed and could not get to out the bay! I chalk it up to the sunny weather!

Worst carpet cleaning service ever! I left $11 in my CLOSED organizer in my car and someone stole it. They had no business going through my CLOSED organizer. All they were supposed to do was clean the outside of my car and vacuum my car. There was no reason for them to be snooping! I talked with the manager (Sandra) and she said she wouldn't do anything. She was so rude and mean! I think she was the one who stole my $11 because she was the one cleaning my car. Just a bunch of thieves. Never come here!

Took double the promised time on a detail because they started it after the time it was supposed to be ready for pick up. Dropped off at 11am. Never received a courtesy call that they were running behind due to being short staffed. Every time my husband would call to see if done they would tell him not yet and no other info. He ended up just going up there and waiting an additional hour otherwise he would not have had a ride. Slowest freaken service on the planet!!! Took 1 hour and 45 mins for the VIP on a small SUV. Came on a Monday morning at 9 they open at 8:30. I'm 9 months pregnant and sitting on a bench for 2 hours was not what I had planned for my day. Will never come here again!
