I went to the shop on a Saturday morning with my Jeep tire -- it had a nail in it, and the shop wasn't actually open. The owner was there working around the shop tidying up and cleaning the floors. Instead of turning me away, he so kindly took my tire and fixed it. He said that if he can help people, he loves to do just that. This was incredibly appreciated, as I was due to travel on the following Monday. I am so grateful, and it is so nice to experience this level of service. Thank you!
I enjoy taking my car here. I know I'll get a straight answer. Only issues I've had is you need to keep on them about any minor things.. I've asked multiple times for issues, that were assured they would be done, but never handled. I recently brought my car to get winter ready.. asked to check and make sure to Top Up all my fluids in vehicle (happy to pay for anything).. driving this morning and I'm all out of washer fluid. This is a shop that knows what they're doing. They fully sorted out my truck which had been to multiple mechanics who could not sort it out and now it runs better than ever (2007 Tahoe LT that I've had about 2-3 years) They also fixed my Jaguar x-type exhaust which other shops couldn't do. My brake line snapped on my Tacoma and I immediately called my mechanic, there was a 2 week wait for my truck to go in so I decided to try this place out after a good friend of mine gave a good referral. when I called I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady, after explaining my problem she was able to get me in that next day. After the work was done I picked my truck up and while I was driving I felt like my brake pedal was a little softer than I would prefer.
