I’ll never change shops as long as Red Carpet is in business, really amazing service, super duper honest and the bill is always lower than I was anticipating. Customer care is top notch and always very accommodating.
Misdiagnosed and charged my fiancee $3,000 to replace a lot of parts that didn’t to be replaced + the same issue was occurring after they claimed it was fixed. Got back from a work trip and took a look myself - culprit was a $33 part and a 5min job. I was shocked to hear they ignored the timing codes, worked on other irrelevant areas, and returned the car still throwing the timing codes.
