You can just feel the air of hate right away inside and the employees have absolutely zero customer service abilities unless you are Hispanic. This place caters to nothing but Hispanics and has Hispanic employees in America. Some of the rudest you will ever encounter. They really seem to get a sick excitement and just love to decline your insurance when you really have current insurance and will try to give you a hard time over the simplest issue. Been doing business with Red Tag Agency for about 4 years. Mine being done on the internet. So much easier. Talking with over the phone, the people know they're business and helped me out with not putting my business on line I called and they took all my information over the phone.

This a horrible place to do business. They did not make me feel welcome. Did not use the basic manners that we teach our children. And the staff as a whole was a JOKE. The kid didnt even know what he was doing. So this shows that the training there is less than average. The others did not speak when in my face and I hope this place gets shut down, or a WHole new crew , and manager steps in.
