Everybody is very friendly & professional.
I'm super pissed going to be changing my bank what a sorry bunch they are at red canoe got a sizable check deposited into my account I understand that it has to clear to get access to the whole amount but I was told that I'd be able to get access to a percentage of the money and now they won't so f them I'm to change banks

Back in 2013 I had a vehicle loan with Red Canoe credit union. After 4yrs of timely payments Red Canoe sent me a letter stating I had “missed” a payment. I called for explanation and as it turns out they had not told me I “missed” a payment for 60 days. Either my check was lost in the mail or someone at Red Canoe lost it but they took the check for the next month’s bill and applied it to the previous month. They did this 2 times with is without my knowledge which racked up late fees and hurt my credit. They finally notified ... read more
