We are getting physical therapy right now for my grandmother who fell and broke her hip and had to have surgery. Whitney has been coming out to help her with PT and has been so great. She has been getting stronger quickly, and I think a big part of that is working with Red Bud Home Care.
We have clients receiving home health services with Red Bud Home Care and our clients receive excellent service from their nurses and therapists.
These people were supposed to come to my Mom's apartment to work with her post-discharge. They came once or twice and just stopped showing up. Three weeks later, they call with some made up story about the environment being bad and they didn't want to come back. Well, fine...but why are you calling me? These are some of the most unprofessional and low quality healthcare professionals I've ever seen in any setting.
