My experience was a 10 + She listened to my health situations what good and bad I've got going on we made a health plan to start with she educated and explained things to where I understood and she showed concern and care and I feel like finally a health care worker is taking my healthcare a needs serious, and she listened to everything I explained was going on and didn't blow it off! Thankful!
