This place 123 Emerald St S . is a slum . People smoke up drink on the front steps , refused to do anything about it . Bugs and mice come in waves . Neighbours Crank their music at all hours . They refuse to clean the building up . Floors are washed twice a year . The smell is nasty . I have asked them many many times to take care of the issues . Leave a msg rarely reply back to you . Don’t rent from them , you will regret it .
I got locked out of my apartment building cause I accidentally thought that my keys are in my coat. Julie stated “ you have to pay $50 upfront” when I asked if they can help me out since I know that most apartment buildings has spare keys that allow tenants to get in for cases like this. She did not try to help at all and just gave options that will cost me money e.g. have a locksmith to do it. They wrongly accuse me of owing money and when they found out I was in the right they still refuse to remove it from my credit rating. It's been years now and dealing with them is just a pain in the A$$.
The worst experience ever, horrible customer service and ivhave never been treated so bad ......ever Keep looking elsewhere
