Beware: if they take over your building, they'll throw you out. They will gut the place and raise the rent. I was one of the people RedBrick evicted along with 50 apartments worth of my neighbors in Greenpoint. First they ran out our leases and made us all month to month (while jacking up the monthly rent to squeeze every last drop out of us) and then they served us all with eviction notices. These guys are totally crook developers. They do a sloppy job on renovating apartment blocks and leave work unfinished. I do not recommend working with them or leasing an apartment from them.
