Came in for lunch last Thursday. Only two people in resturant around 2:45 so service should have been great. It wasn't. After being seated, waitress brought my tea but never came back or checked to refill it. Asked me 'how was the food' in passing but never taking the time to refill my near empty glass. Both hosts sat at front counter on their cell phones completely oblivious to me and the other party. I ordered sushi rolls which were ok but could have been better. I used to like Red Bowl, but this one was awful. It was freezing for no reason and after being seated it felt like we were forgotten for about 15 minutes. Ordered a simple sushi combo and the wife had broccoli beef. I spent hours vomiting after that though. Wouldn't go back if you paid me.
The food was pretty good. The service was not that great, it took a while for us to order, we ordered and it took about 16 minutes for the food to get here and it was pretty good, I got sweet and sour chicken which was not cold my I recommend it but if you have other choices pick those instead
