Elder abuse alert! - Almost twerking bending down with your butt towards a patient isn't "playing". Watch out for Kaydince. The other nurses defend that behavior as well. - Another thing happened when I visited. Since when do 5-10 nurses all have lunch at the same time. I didnt see a training was going on. Are they doing their jobs? - why are they still wearing masks?
Well my mom was to get released from Mercy medical center I had to go get in home health care equipment. I was told this place would take her for 5 days and let me take her home after 5 days . I get everything in 3 days go down and talk to Angel the guy that's the head nurse. I record him telling me not his problem on what Mercy said and he won't release her for 2 to 3 weeks and asked if she had medi- cal supplement with her medi care. Staff acts entitled
My loved one wasn't able to shower until 5 days after entering the facility because you have have it scheduled. Also they changed my loved one in bed instead of helping her get to the bathroom, which is just lazy and unhelpful. My family member went there in hopes of getting physical al therapy and we brought her home 3 days later. Stay far away from here!
