Horrible experience! I ordered a basket of overflowing pink flowers (the premium package) on a stand for my aunts funeral. I received 10 pink roses and a few carnations and filler flowers on a background of greenery. When i called to complain the lady told me they were out of baskets so she made a different arrangement with the same flowers as the picture(which was a lie) and she made it big and full of flowers (also a lie). Outstanding and dedicated service. Ordered a plant to be delivered to my mom, same day as order was placed, on Valentine’s Day at that. They promptly called me to let me know what I picked what out of stock, but kindly offered some amazing options. This is one of the busiest days of the year for florists; the extra care, time, and effort is so appreciated!
