If Mark really cared about the people who walked in and out of this place and or his community then why does he choose to be an complete rude, and judgemental "man" even know hes never met me and or seen me. I simply email Mark the day I took my elevation as soon as I walked out. Because, I was told to by his employee to do so. Ladies were helpful onsite however I requested a SAP certificate copy and was told I would have it the very next day as my husband needed it for work.....It's been 13 days.....I've called twice, no return call, no email. I also paid $30 for the copy under the assumption it would be emailed the very next day. I sure hope their counselors are more efficient than the office workers.
