Alex is great and very helpful. This is not a knock on him personally. But I’m being actively blocked on Facebook and MiniCat is refusing to help me through a warranty claim, and trying to cover this up, and I feel the need to share with potential buyers that the MiniCat is NOT as safe as they want you to think it is. He offered lots of good advice while I was still in the planning stage, and then once I placed the order, his customer service has been excellent. It’s nice to find such a rare combination of competence and kindness, I look forward to continuing to do business with him in the future.

Great experience with these guys. I ordered a xcat boat back in August. It took a long time for the boat to arrive as it was backordered, but they kept me informed along the way. Also, due to the long wait time, they honored the end of year sale that was not available when I purchased the boat, but was available while I was waiting.
