I recently purchased a Minicat 420, and Alex has been a pleasure to work with throughout the process. He offered lots of good advice while I was still in the planning stage, and then once I placed the order, his customer service has been excellent. It’s nice to find such a rare combination of competence and kindness, I look forward to continuing to do business with him in the future.

Great experience with these guys. I ordered a xcat boat back in August. It took a long time for the boat to arrive as it was backordered, but they kept me informed along the way. Also, due to the long wait time, they honored the end of year sale that was not available when I purchased the boat, but was available while I was waiting.
