Marissa Hawk is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Several workers have complained to me that she yells at them, and I’ve personally been screamed at by her. Owner of Red Bear might want to take note. Working with John from Deer Ridge had always been easy, and a delight. In my experience property managers walk the property once in a while and make sure things are running smoothly.
