So very happy with the service I received from Red Barn and service technician Samuel. He was very knowledgeable and even took the time to explain how my in floor heating system works what was needed, why, and what it all did. Never pushed to sell was very personable worked with me through the whole process. He was able to fit me in early and stayed late to accomplish the job, I feel bad he was here so late, but am very grateful!! I could not be more happier with the service provided in my families time of need. Not only did Samuel work in the rain, he showed up after an already long and super hot day. He fixed the issue fast and had cool air flowing through the house before he left. Samuel took the time to talk to me about other concerns I've had with the heating and cooling and was very knowledgeable. I cannot express how thankful we are for his help in a timely manner on a holiday weekend.

Sent them a text on Saturday, July 5th to fix the AC. Figured I'd hear back Monday morning - but they came out immediately on Saturday. Great and easy to work with - highly recommend.
