So very happy with the service I received from Red Barn and service technician Samuel. He was very knowledgeable and even took the time to explain how my in floor heating system works what was needed, why, and what it all did. Never pushed to sell was very personable worked with me through the whole process. He was able to fit me in early and stayed late to accomplish the job, I feel bad he was here so late, but am very grateful!! I could not be more happier with the service provided in my families time of need. Not only did Samuel work in the rain, he showed up after an already long and super hot day. He fixed the issue fast and had cool air flowing through the house before he left. Samuel took the time to talk to me about other concerns I've had with the heating and cooling and was very knowledgeable. I cannot express how thankful we are for his help in a timely manner on a holiday weekend.

Jack and Warren upgraded our electrical service and we couldn't be more pleased! These professionals took a veritable rat's nest and turned it into a beautiful new panel, even paying attention to the weatherhead slack loops! The owner, Samuel, is prompt, thorough, and takes the time to answer questions with no sales pressure. We scheduled Red Barn Electric in December to come and give us an estimate on installing a natural gas heater in our garage replacing the electric one. Sam came on Saturday morning. Walked through the basement doing the estimate and Sam noticed our 1989 gas hot water heater and advised to get it replaced asap. And our house was not grounded. He gave us an estimate for the garage heater which was pretty much in line with the estimates I had from two other dealers in the area. Sent them a text on Saturday, July 5th to fix the AC. Figured I'd hear back Monday morning - but they came out immediately on Saturday. Great and easy to work with - highly recommend.
