RecommendedWe heard about it so our family had to stop in when we were in the area. I have to say you sometimes have to pay for really good food and the food was worth every cent! Place was very busy and yet our food didn't take long at all. Everyone seemed very friendly! I have to repeat that the food was so worth it!
RecommendedI love the red barn! I used to take my light girlfriend there for lunch. She had a brain tumor and I had mentioned this to the young man at the cash register dirty noticed that she was kind of confused a little when ordering. He later sent us a free whoopie pie that he paid for out of his own pocket. His mom had passed on from a brain tumor. That act of kindness will live with me forever. I will always be a loyal customer.

Worst lobster roll I've ever had. Dripping in mayo and tasted like it was previously frozen. Small pieces of lobster. More lettuce than lobster! Husband got a haddock basket. Gorton's frozen fishsticks would taste better. Onion rings were okay. I think the lobster and haddock were sitting in the freezer before Covid struck. We will not be back. Waste of money.
