Well, took our car through wash about a month ago. The first set of washer pads broke off rear window wiper. this is of course a factory item, filled out the claim and for some unknown reason it was denied. I say unknown because we got a short very poor voice mail from some douche named trey who said, this is trey and your claim was denied. That's it end of story. Only 1 employee? And I have never in my life seen a person move so slowly!! Went at 1245 on Wednesday 10/25. Tell this gentleman to hurry up, because people have places to be. If I hadn't been stuck in line I would have left!
Your hand written "cash only" sign needs to be in a place where people can see it before they get stuck in line for 15 minutes. This is actually the second red barn I went to this morning. Waited for ten minutes in line in the Oregon city location only to find out that their machine had just broken. Had to wait a few minutes for the car in front of me to leave too. 30min total waiting in your lines this morning and no car wash.
We have been as long as they have been open with our jeep jk now we get told after all this year's that we can not go through it because we have light on it and are not stock�
Two guys scrubbing while a gal takes "orders" and collects; super efficient and they did a great job! Plus they didn't insist on my antennae coming off just because it's kinked like most places, which I super appreciate!! Totally coming here again!
I drive by this place ALL the time. I needed my car washed bad and I finally got off work on time sat in traffic and showed up to the car wash at 5:45. I sat in line over 5 minutes as they pushed through 2-3 cars with another two or three in front of me still.
