The car wash damaged my car and the owner declined to pay for the repairs. The sign at the entrance to the car wash says they will not pay for damage to "aftermarket accessories." The part damaged on my car was part of the car when I drove it off the lot brand new. I guess that doesn't matter anyway because the owner told me he doesn't pay for damage of any kind because the "carwash doesn't damage vehicles." I can assure you this is not an isolated case. The guys working there said a truck was damaged earlier in the day.
The website says they can accommodate vehicles with roof boxes but they cannot.
I was just thete about an hour ago and one of the employees went to every car to tell them the card machine was down but they could take cash or card but you had to pay at the chevron. Then a few mins late same person came thru and said their entire system was down and that if anyone wanted to get their car washed they had to get out of line, go pay at chevron and get back in line...that line was pretty dang long and the gas station itself was super busy. Have taken my truck through 8 times no problem and today suddenly a policy change that's not posted makes my truck not washable and I only find out after waiting almost 20 minutes to be helped with only one car in front of me. Definitely wouldn't recomend
Did a better wash this time. Not great but better. But the vacuums were out of order. Grrrr
Usually this place is the only place that gets my car all the way clean.. this is the 3rd time ive been here, and the first time my car was still dirty. I pay 12$, the front and back of my car should not be dirty still! Very disappointed this time. Because no other car wash I have been to has ever got my car even close to clean.. this one did the other 2 times ive been here. Under staffed and the staff they do have are so slow and lazy. Even with 2 cars inline before me it took 10 minutes. I unfortunately got a gift card for Christmas and all 3 times I have gone, they take forever and just mosey around taking their sweet time.
New manager is bad ass!!!! :)
