Chad and Brian were so easy and pleasant to work with. My husband and I had lots of questions, rode a few bikes and ended up with two great Trek fat tires. No pressure. They were very patient and spent two hours with us as we made our choices. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, whether a long time rider or someone new to biking. Thanks guys! You made our experience fun and we definitely will be doing business with you again and recommending your great shop.
I can't say enough nice things about Chad and Brian down at Red Barn Bikes they have always maintenance my used bikes and have built a couple of new bikes for me also, these guys are phenomenal they know their stuff and are extremely friendly 100% the best place to do business!!!
These dudes spent so much time with my son and I this morning to help us find a great trail in the area that was appropriately challenging — but not too overwhelming — for us. And then they showed us a map and repeated the directions, etc; really made sure we were comfortable and psyched for our ride. And the only thing we even bought was chain lube and Clif Bloks. Plus everyone around town had nothing but good things to say about them. So RBB, love to you from your Wisconsin friends!
I rented a mountain bike from them today. Great service. Friendly people. It’s a beautiful ride from there down sleeping child to Old Darby road. Round trip was about 20 ish miles. Snow capped mountains. There is an Osprey nest there. I saw 2 ospreys on the nest at one time. There are at least 2 babies. The road follows the Bitterroot river and the scenery is breathtaking Easy rental, in and out. Friendly service. I rented from them last year as well and got great service as well
Brian is seriously a hero! Curtis recommended me to them earlier today and in no time I’m back on the road! This is a great cyclist community and I appreciate the beautiful characters in the community! First Curtis hosted me being a Warmshowers host, next Brian got my derailer fixed in no time! Definitely the best people to come across on such an epic adventure! May all their endeavors come true! Thanks!
Great place
Chad, Brian, and the RBB crew have gone the extra mile so many times, it's hard to pick my second favorite story, but my first is easy: Two years ago, they - along with Knolly - moved heaven and earth so that my brother's now wife could surprise him with his dream bike on his 30th birthday. They made it their personal mission to work with her to spec the perfect bike for his riding and her budget, while also finding a way to make an impossible delivery date. They absolutely knocked it out of the park: I was there when he unw... read more
