just installed thermostats and during the winter my apartment is very cold. I have to wear a hoodie and a hat, I constantly tell management but they have not done anything about it yet! It's a nice quiet area. Watch out for dog poop, some people don't pick it up! ** Update - heat problem has been fixed - it's warm now, thank you!

Walls are extremely thin. Needed to buy sound dampening foam to drown out the noise. Maintenance department is very sluggish and performs mediocre work at best.
