I am very disappointed at the way my situation is handled. I'm having a lot of back and forth to get an authorization for medication. And it's been three weeks, and it hasn't been done. I'm caught in the middle—contacting the pharmacy and the doctor. It has been three weeks. At this point, the situation needed to be handled better, being that it's been three weeks. I'm very pleased to share that I did receive a call back, and my concerns were resolved immediately. Thank you. Much appreciated.

I have been going to Dr. Dana Essner for years. She is beyond thorough, truly listens to your concerns with no rush and always makes sure you understand the plan for care. I raved about her so much that my whole family now goes to her including my kids and many of my friends and everyone is so happy with the switch. The staff is so kind and courteous, they draw your bloodwork at the office which is a huge plus and they always call you with any results, even if they are normal.
