went there tonight, the staff was friendly, however, observed the guy making my sushi with the same gloves, after changing the rice cooker, opening a new bag of to go boxes and other items. could not eat the sushi after this and would not be going there again.

This place rocks. It's a build-your-own sushi shop and the ingredients are high quality. No more binging on side orders of gari and daikon- now I can eat them IN my roll! Keep it up!
It's like a Subway for sushi. This is, hands down, my family's favorite restaurant. We will travel an hour to eat here!
