We have now utilized Red Balloon multiple times. From strep to stitches it has been a positive experience everytime. Both my kids always leave saying they had fun (while holding an icee 🤣.) Wait times have always been low and they have a coloring supply on hand for entertainment. Our insurance is accepted there and the overall costs seem to be comparable to our pedestrian.
We were referred to this place by a friend who works in the medical field and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. My son suffered a head collision at his basketball game and split his forehead open above his eyebrow and needed stitches. Every member of the staff was kind, diligent and professional. Experience was top notch and my son was very comfortable the whole time. It’s obvious they have very competent practitioners. We will definitely return if and when needed. Highly recommend.
We have been here for about two weeks ago and my toddler had ear infections for both ears, the stuff are amazing and very professional. The clinic is so clean and very good place. Thank you for being there for me and my kid, we appreciated that my baby get her first antibiotics dose in place so I didn’t need to worry for the night. I coul give you 100 of stars if I could.
It was great to find an urgent care that was open until 11. They were great with my child and very polite with me. If need arises in the future, we would use them again.
I brought my 3 month old in because she had a bad cough and wasn’t eating well. The staff were kind, quick, and very knowledgeable. They tested her for RSV, and after that came back positive they gave me a thorough plan of how to care for her and keep her out of the hospital. I highly recommend this Urgent Care and will come here anytime my kids need to!
