Amazing service
Caring, efficient and thoughtful. Great experience all around! Quickly diagnose, administer the first done of meds and offer the kids coloring books and popsicles. We hate that we have to go here because of a sick kid, but we love going here for wonderful care and service. Thank you!
We had a lovely experience at red balloon yesterday! From entering to diagnosis was about 45 minutes. Registering as a first time family was smooth, the clinic is beautiful, bright and clean, and we were seen almost immediately. 25 ish minutes (a coloring sheet and freezy pop later) we had our strep diagnosis, first dose of antibiotic so I didn’t need to run straight to the pharmacy, and we were on our way! Can’t recommend highly enough for pediatric urgent care issues!
Amazing facility. Can't say this enough. Would have given 10 stars if I could. The staff and doctors were very friendly and professional. They treated our daughter with the utmost care. Our daughter accidentally bumped her head on a sharp object at home and cut her skin near the hairline. The doctor was able to stitch it up very professionally and my daughter didn't cry at all during the entire process due to the numbing agent they used and the calm, friendly demeanor of the doctor and staff. We’ve been a few times and have always been in and out quickly and received great care. The first dose of meds and freeze at the end are genius ideas that even make sick kids smile! And mom loves knowing there’s somewhere to go late in the evening rather than having to wait until a traditional urgent care visit the next day.
