Took my child here to get stitches and we were super worried at first! Didn’t know how it would be possible for a 3 year old to get stitches. But the second we walked in that door it was the most calm and easy doctor visit of my life. The nurses are absolute ANGELS. My child didn’t shed a single tear the entire time we were there, I don’t think she ever fully understood what was going on. My kid got bitten by a dog one night and this was the only place open at 8p so we took him in. They were quick, efficient, and genuine. Even though they were fast, I didn't feel like it was rushed. They took exactly how much time they needed to assess, make my child feel comfortable, and apply the remedy. The price was reasonable as well. I would definitely go back as my first choice pediatric urgent care in the future, no matter the time of day.
I am an ER doc and happily took my daughter here when visiting from out of town. Great experience.
I took my son in for a deep gouge on his leg. The entrance is located at the back of the building, which can make it a bit tricky to find at first. Once inside, we were checked in quickly and my son was brought to an observation room within minutes. The front office staff and nurses were patient, caring, and attentive. The doctor treated my son efficiently and gave us clear instructions for home care and follow-up. The clinic is very clean, and parking was hassle-free. Highly recommend!
We have now utilized Red Balloon multiple times. From strep to stitches it has been a positive experience everytime. Both my kids always leave saying they had fun (while holding an icee 🤣.) Wait times have always been low and they have a coloring supply on hand for entertainment. Our insurance is accepted there and the overall costs seem to be comparable to our pedestrian.
