Mary Furnish is amazing, we love our landlord too. Between them, since this is a very old house things break and they have worked hard to get things fixed and to accommodate us. The time our master cool broke it was gonna be out for at least a week or more. The landlord sent us air conditioning units for each room fed ex the next day and also upgraded the master cool and it is so cool inside. Got to be one of the worst rental company’s to date. Our breaker is wired incorrectly, we get constant mini power shortages due to faulty wiring, and on top of that if anything breaks even if it’s not your fault they will charge you out of pocket. They will blame you for their faulty plumbing and they will charge you for all kinds of stupid things. Never work with this company they will run you bone dry and bankrupt like they did us and I promise if there is a way to sue these thieves I will. Terrible company terrible custom... read more
