I have been going to Red Ball Garage for at least 8 years. The services have ranged from the routine oil change/tire rotation to real significant engine work. I have never had any disappointment in their work. The prices seem competitive but they also seem to care about what you really need as opposed to what is most profitable for them. David is great!

Most helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, & fair mechanic I've found. It's like having a friend who's really, really good with cars. I feel confident in taking any car here & am grateful for the courteous service Red Ball has always provided me.

Convenient to Vandy. Previously I used Simpson BP but after finding out they lost their lease I ask around and Red Ball was highly recommended. I found an oil change special on their website. Will be returning for more services before spring break.

A great garage! I failed the emissions test and could not renew my car tags. I took it to The Red Ball Garage. They immediately diagnosed the problem and repaired it. The next day I passed the emissions test with no problems. David at the counter was pleasant and explained the problem in a way I could understand.

Good experience – I was on the interstate and my engine light came on. I was nervous to drive my car so I pulled off the Church Street exit. I stopped and ask if there was a garage near and was directed to The Red Ball Garage. It was close to closing time and they never complained. They found the problem and made the repair. There was a comfortable waiting area with complimentary snacks and free Wi-Fi.

Hospital employee discount – When my car needed service in the past I would wait until Saturday my day off. A co-worker at Baptist Hospital told me about The Red Ball Garage. WHAT A FIND! Not only did they provide good service they give a 15% discount to all hospital employees. Good service and convenient. Just dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up after work. Now I play golf on Saturday. Thanks guys. I highly recommend The Red Ball Garage.

Never again Red Ball! Never again! – I can't believe that these guys get away with this mess. My co-workers have been complaining about the work and estimates that this garage offers. I always look at a situation as, "Unless I have personally seen it, I can't really give a negative opinion regarding the matter." Well these guys have earned this negative opinion. Thanks for not tightening the bolts (how simple is that) after a oil change and causing me several hundred dollars in fixing crap that you guys could have prevented ... read more

Great Garage! – I am from out of town (Gulf Coast Mississippi), visiting friends in Nashville/Baptist Hospital and was having some problems with my truck. I figured I needed new tires, so I went over to Red Ball. Brian, the manager, explained my options - types, brands, and prices. He was polite, knowledgeable, and didn't talk down to me just because I was a woman. Once I made my decision, the tires were replaced without problem.
