Red Arrow certainly needs to work on its customer service skills. Placing a to go order involves patience as the phone wont be answered in under 10-15 rings. I went to retrieve my food to find it sitting out on the counter with no means to keep it warm. The inability by the waitress to notice me standing there for 5 minutes while she chatted away with her friends became rage as finished her conversation and then walked up to me at the counter and without one work began to arrange the twinky bin. I love the Manchester location. The chili is the best. I tried out Concord with a to go order , The chili container looked stained like it had been sitting too long and microwaved and way too spicy. I asked if the mashed potatoes were real and was told yes. We waited for just the potatoes and they were so obviously instant gravy tasted like flour paste. Wanted to buy a 4 pack of soda and had to pay full price to get different flavors. Also got a chicken parmesan sandwich that was pretty good but mostly I am disappointed :(
