We had an excellent experience with Red Arrorw Roofing and I highly recommend them. Here's why: I called Scott regarding a roof leak. He came out later that day inspected our roof and identified the source of the leak. He took pictures and thorougly explaineied what was going on. I accepted his proposal and he came out 2 days later. He arrived on time with his crew and immediately got to work. Just had a roof inspection and some much needed work completed by Red Arrow Roofing. I was able to deal directly with the owner. The pricing was very fair and one thing I liked the most was the pictures they provided of the roof before the work was completed and then after it was completed. Richard was able to point out exactly the work that needed to be done, the reason why it needed to be done and what could be the result if it was not done. Scott was very professional and honest. He responded to the call immediately and provided a well detailed quote and inspection and within days was back to the fix the leak and the roof.
