Quick communication and fast service. Scott sent many photos of the repairs and kept me updated on the progress.
Scott was super communicative and walked me through the whole process. After he explained what the issue was, I genuinely felt that he had the experience and knowledge to get the job done. During the process Scott also sent pictures and also completed some other maintenance items that were not in the original quote but did not charge me for the extra work. At the end Scott and his team went way beyond what I expected to ensure that the job was done correctly and within my budget. Thanks Red Arrow!

Scott was amazing, as usual. Got me a quote asap, came and fixed a leak spot, weeks before the job, just because it was supposed to rain! Job was then done in a timely 3 days…fixing any leak areas found. He completed the job with several pictures of a job well done! He’s my “go to” roofer company!
