the room was horrible. Dirty, half the light bulbs were out, old coffee left in coffee maker from prior guest, towels dirty, sheets a brownish tinge, broken and dangerous light switch, has a coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave in room but no electrical receptacle anywhere near them and “breakfast included” is a gross overstatement. But what do you expect for $55 per nite.
Bad customer service, asked front desk to cancel a room they said it was then next day got charged
Horrible customer service they will over charge u and they lie when they say they cancel your stay so double check bank statements bc u had to go through big process to get your money back, walked in the night it was purchased and got told it was canceled
Rooms are extremely dirty, on our first night I requested new pillows because the 2 provided on one of the beds had balck marks on it. The carpet looks like it has never been vacuumed. The breakfast is a joke we had a plain bagel with jam (no butter or cream cheese offered) and a frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwich. Very disappointed in our stay here
Don't do not stay here! I was charged $100 deposit at the time of check in, and they kept my entire deposit because they said I stained a towel. I will charge back with my bank and take them to small claims court if need be. Disgusting.
