We got a room that had crime tape on the door walked in to the room is smelled like vomit 🤢 So we went to the front desk they moved us we where happy with the room so we decided to stay a extra day but that where it get really bad that night at 11pm the gave some a key to are room walked in on me and my girlfriend naked just out of the shower she we so upset she went straight to the off they said that they would make it right so with a very late night we are woken up at 8am with the maid banging on the door tell we got out ... read more
WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE! When I checked into my room I was given a key to an allready occupied room. This is a clear safety issue for a number of reasons. The woman who i disturbed said this was the second time today this has happened to her. This is completely unacceptable and I decided to book a different hotel. I called the manager twice the next morning with no answer or call back so I physically had to drive to the lobby to get a refund. My stay at Red Arrow Inn & Suites was excellent from start to finish. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect, close to local spots while still quiet and relaxing. The amenities were well-kept, and the overall atmosphere made the stay feel warm and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my experience and would happily return. Highly recommended!
