Great for the price! Milan, the friendly fellow at the front, was super hospitable and the room was clean. Mattress and pillows were brand new which is always a big plus.
The property is dated, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk worker was friendly and helpful. I would probably stay here again.
On my own traveling for business. The hotel didn’t look open upon arrival and there was not one car in the parking lot. It just didn’t look like a safe place to stay. I had tried repeatedly to cancel the reservation, but the cancellation line just disconnected me every time I tried. I tried calling the hotel and no one answered. I had my company travel agents attempt to cancel and after some time they finally reached a staff member who refused to cancel the reservation. I made the reservation and was told the hotel had a better rating than it did. I canceled within 28 minutes and they still charged me for I nights stay. So be careful. Run down . Reservation company has very shady practices.
Very good customer service. The rooms were very nice, easy to access. I love this hotel and I definitely will stay there again
