Carpet heavily stained, odd odor in the room and building plaster in shower overhead bubbling and coming loose. Had other issues with pet fee and they charged me a $50 fee for my wife's makeup on 1 wash cloth. Would not recommend this motel.. Better choices in montrose
Giving this 3 stars instead of 2 solely because the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite dirty, the carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a year, so walking barefoot was out of the question. On the positive side, the bathroom and bed sheets were clean, and the breakfast options were decent.

Dirty room, terrible wifi, out dated furnishings. Doesn't look like they have updated anything in decades. Says they have a pool. It doesn't even have water in it.
This is the worst room (Hotel Experience) I’ve ever had. 4 inch hole in the couch. TV. Did not work; room next door TV did not work. After 2 1/2 hours, they would not let us cancel on Hotels.com. Pool covered. l asked for was a discount and they refused.
