Had a complete new heat pump and air conditioning system installed in my condo. We had to have the AC unit craned up to the roof of a 3 story building. They took care of the city permit, the crane, dealt with the HOA and had installed promptly. Yesterday after 11 months the AC wasn’t functioning. Fast response time. Martin was great, I like to learn a lot so he went through issues and probable issues. Cost for coming out was reasonable. Will definitely call them again for any AC issues.
Martin was on time and extremely helpful. He explained how to use my new thermostat, and saved the day when my heat went out!
