Took my kids here to build their stuffed animals, they were waiting for a while and we finally went and they were very excited. I always see kids inside doing it and it looked so fun…well we went on a Friday afternoon, we picked 2 animals (which cost a total of $83) the lady took them, stuffed them and checked us out. THATS IT. Online and in person I’ve seen the employees be much friendlier and actually INTERACT with the customers. There was no picking a gem and making a wish as advertised.
