I traded in my bike and purchased a sweet Kona bicycle here today. The staff was absolutely awesome! They were super busy and still happily took time to make height adjustments on the bike so I could test ride it. I'm very tall so this made a huge difference in the feel of the bike. Thanks guys, for going the extra mile (even though you were packed with visitors) to answer all of my questions. Your customer service is awesome!
