Went in today to look at bikes ... several employees walking around and no one came near. Finally approached one employee and asked about a bike he couldn’t answer my questions and said oh I have a customer at the counter I’ll be back. We left!

Was in their store today and ended up walking out! The door displayed, as all Fort Collins businesses do, masks or face coverings MUST be worn in the building to enter. 2 employees were NOT wearing masks, they were tucked into their back pockets. When asked if we needed help with anything, I said you wearing a mask would be a good since the front door indicates it is required. Employee walked away and out on her mask. Your business lost a sale today from a longtime customer.
RecommendedI really appreciated the service today. Another bike shop said they couldn't fix my bike for another week but Recycled Cycles fixed it right there on the spot. I didn't catch his name but he said he was a supervisor. Superb service, very friendly and informative. Thank you! I will be back!
RecommendedI recently purchased bikes for all of my kids, as well as having my bike tuned up, and I could not be happier. The service was fantastic and the selection was awesome. The staff is very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly and I did not feel pressured at any point! Unless of course you count the pressure from my kids to buy the bike THAT DAY! All kidding aside their prices, staff knowledge and friendliness will keep me coming back! Thank you so much for the awesome experiences in your store!

This place just sold me a well used kids bike for 50 dollars that costs 58 new. Also ripped me off on the helmet and the basket I bought which were twice the price! Really pissed off at this but nothing I can do about it. Please avoid this place!
RecommendedCame from Ohio visiting family and the tube on my road bike got a hole in it. Called the store to see availability and the gentleman on the phone was polite and helpful. I brought the bike in 20 minutes later for repair. Bike repairman was extremely helpful. Fixed my tire in under 6 minutes, had some good conversation and gave me some additional knowledge as well on my bike.
